Federal Uniform Guidance

The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) has issued the Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (2 CFR Part 200), referred to as the Uniform Guidance. The Uniform Guidance consolidates and supersedes eight previous OMB circulars pertaining to the administration of federal sponsored awards. The new guidance is effective for new federal awards and existing federal awards receiving incremental funding on or after December 26, 2014.
