Program is investing in workforce sector strategies that target energy efficiency and renewable energy industries. DOL encourages a strategic planning process that aligns governors' overall workforce vision, state energy policies, and local and regional training activities that lead to employment in targeted industry sectors. Eligible applicants are limited to State Workforce Investment Boards. ARRA amount: $190 million.
