ITEM:
Notice seeking applications to teach workers the necessary skills for, and help them pursue careers in, health care and other high growth and emerging industry sectors.
Applications are due by October 5, 2009. Approximately $220 million is available to support 55 awards. Public entities or private nonprofit entities are eligible to apply.
