Serious Delays in GRANTS.GOV

GRANTS.GOV is generating significant delays and other problems in proposal submission. The volume is going to increase dramatically as the Recovery Act grant deadlines approach. If you are intending to submit a proposal via GRANTS.GOV, please have your proposal ready and forwarded to the Office or Research Administration at least three days before the deadline.
