The Office of Research Administration has created Research Systems & Decision Support (RASD) to integrate seamlessly all of its office internal and university-wide systems. The specific areas that will be found within RASD are as follows:
The RASD team is currently in the process of being formed. In the coming months, this web page will be populated with information on specific projects and more detailed systems information.
There will be a dedicated team of report writers, project analysts, system trainers, and systems analysts/programmers. The team will only achieve its goals through a concerted effort to integrate numerous fragmented systems and reports.
This committee will be convened to provide input and feedback from the various constituents served by research administration systems and decision support tools. This committee will include, at a minimum, participation of faculty, functional compliance leadership, and UITS. Additional functional design committees may be established to ensure the development and on-going enhancements for university-wide research administration system initiatives.
